About the Role
ABOUT YOU is a leading European e-commerce company focused on fashion and technology, aiming to revolutionize online shopping by making it personal and seamless. We foster a culture of initiative, direct communication, and trust, offering a dynamic environment for individuals to contribute their perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy into concrete visual concepts and develop campaigns for overall visual brand presence.
- Define visual language, color palette, typography, layouts, and visual principles.
- Ensure a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints, including the shop, campaigns, social media, and newsletters.
- Develop visual content for seasonal drops, collection launches, and sales phases.
- Design landing pages, product pages, edits, lookbooks, and press materials.
- Collaborate with UX/UI and E-Commerce teams to optimize the visual experience of the online shop.
- Support post-production, including light set-ups and retouching.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Design and Art Direction within Fashion, Lifestyle, or Creative Agencies, and in an eCommerce environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing Brand Identity, campaigns, and Art Direction.
- Very good knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Practical experience with creative AI tools for image generation, editing, ideation, and eCom supervision.
- Strong visual sensibility and a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends.
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into high-quality creative executions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good written and spoken English.
