About the Role
This role offers responsible and varied tasks in a modern, agile work environment with significant personal freedom. You will support the maintenance and care of our internal IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, as well as manage user accounts, permissions, and end devices. Additionally, you will assist with first and second-level support, license and cloud service management, and contribute to smaller IT projects like system changes and task automation. Documentation of IT processes and systems is also a key part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Support in the maintenance and care of our internal IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network)
- Setup and administration of user accounts, permissions, and end devices
- Assistance with first and second-level support for colleagues
- Support in the administration of licenses, tools, and cloud services
- Participation in smaller IT projects (e.g., system changes, automation of recurring tasks)
- Documentation of IT processes and systems
Requirements
- Enrolled student in an IT-related degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or comparable knowledge
- Basic knowledge of network technology, operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), and common office software
- Initial experience in IT support is an advantage, but not required
- Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment in solving technical problems
- Good German and English language skills
