About the Role
Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting (TAA) is seeking a passionate individual to join their development team. This role involves actively contributing to the advancement of their payroll programs, focusing on the ADDISON SBS Lohn software. You will be instrumental in shaping program workflows, ensuring correct functionality, and creating user documentation and testing.
Responsibilities
- Contribute experience in payroll to the further development of payroll programs within a team of payroll specialists and developers.
- Conceptualize and design program workflows for ADDISON SBS Lohn.
- Describe and monitor the correct operation of payroll programs for an assigned area.
- Create program aids and documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive functional tests.
- Handle customer inquiries and evaluate their implementation.
- Develop technical concepts for new program components and legal changes collaboratively with the team.
Requirements
- Passion for payroll with experience and ideas for improving payroll software processes.
- Willingness to actively participate in the new development of an innovative payroll program.
- Competence in payroll accounting.
- Sound knowledge of work processes, payroll tax, and social security law.
- High social competence.
- Enjoyment in working with customers.
- Team player.
- Interest in working on software, apps, and trying new software applications.
