About the Role

As a strategic partner within the HR headquarters, you will support business growth from a human resources perspective, taking charge of either workforce planning or workforce allocation. You will collaborate closely with management and business unit leaders, providing data-driven analysis and recommendations to drive the realization of business and talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor annual workforce plans (hiring, attrition, promotions, transfers) for assigned business units, aligning with business plans, HR strategies, and cost budgets.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, HR leaders, and finance leaders to ensure workforce plans meet business and HR objectives.
  • Monitor plans and utilization rates throughout the year, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders to support business and HR strategies.
  • Translate workforce plans into required talent profiles (skills) and collaborate with recruiters, trainers, and workforce planners to acquire necessary talent for future business needs.
  • Coordinate with HR representatives in overseas locations to promote collaboration with Accenture Global.
  • Monitor supply and demand of employees for project assignments within assigned business units, facilitating smooth and optimized project placements.
  • Regularly report on business unit talent demand and workforce allocation status to management and business unit leaders.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and internal HR stakeholders to ensure optimal talent placement at the right time.
  • Identify challenges within the current employee allocation process based on business and talent strategies, and work with stakeholders to improve the process.
  • Proactively identify business trends and take necessary actions based on future outlook.
  • Support the development of optimal talent acquisition strategies for project staffing plans, ensuring necessary skills and experience are secured internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Native level Japanese proficiency.
  • Business level English proficiency.
  • For Workforce Planning role: Minimum 1 year of HR experience OR minimum 1 year of corporate planning experience with an interest in HR. Experience in workforce planning/HR strategy is preferred.
  • For Workforce Allocation role: Minimum 1 year of HR/recruitment experience OR minimum 1 year of project management/execution experience (internal or external) with an interest in HR.
