About the Role
Ajaia is hiring a Marketing Associate to manage channels that promote Ajaia and its product suite to decision-makers in AI adoption. This role involves daily management of social media accounts, launching and developing Ajaia's podcast, writing company copy, and maintaining a weekly content release schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a distinct voice, comfortable creating content across various formats, and proficient in using AI tools to enhance content creation.
Responsibilities
- Manage Ajaia's and the product suite's social media accounts daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Launch and build Ajaia's podcast, including format selection, guest booking, recording oversight, clip editing, show note writing, and distribution.
- Write email and website copy that maintains a human-like tone.
- Maintain the weekly content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content.
- Support product launches with accompanying content plans.
- Analyze weekly performance metrics, interpret their meaning, and propose actionable changes.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows to streamline repeatable tasks and improve efficiency.
- Organize the asset library and ensure brand voice consistency across all channels.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in content creation for a company, brand, or personal projects.
- Ability to differentiate between content formats such as LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, and video scripts.
- AI fluency, with daily use for drafting, editing, and iterating content, and the ability to discern quality output.
- Sufficient organization skills to maintain a weekly content cadence.
- Willingness to work on-site in New York.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

- Strong writing ability with a distinct voice across different formats.
- Proficiency in creating and publishing content, including writing, video, and design.
- Skilled with video editing tools.
- Skilled with design tools.
- Experience launching a podcast, newsletter, or show from scratch (nice to have).
