About the Role
This position will have a design focus and be a member of our multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with design and technical leadership and will be an integral part of project teams. Under the direct supervision of a Licensed Architect and project leadership, the primary responsibilities will include conceptual design and providing full architectural design support throughout projects.
Responsibilities
- Independently and in collaboration with others contribute conceptual design and provide full architectural design support throughout project.
- Incorporate business and communication objectives in strategic design solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, and effectively present selective design ideas as directed to clients.
- Prepare client presentation materials, particularly our 2D and 3D design visualizations, to convey the design in a compelling and sophisticated manner.
- Design projects to meet internal and external project requirements, including budget and other owner parameters.
- Work within our culture of being an integrated practice by closely collaborating with interior designers and typology subject matter experts on holistic design solutions from exterior to interior.
- Proactively identify, communicate, collaborate to resolve project-related issues.
- Provide mentoring to junior team members.
- Assist in supporting an environment that exemplifies collaboration, experimentation, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
- Perform overtime work and travel, including site visits if appropriate.
- May perform other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work.

Skills
- Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
- Additional 3D modeling experience in Rhino or other comparable software preferred.
- Some experience in computational design tools such as Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred.
