Responsibilities
- Planning, execution, and control of air freight transports
- Management and coordination of transport-involved companies
- Communication with customers, suppliers, and international partners
- Order processing, billing, and cost control
- Price negotiations with airlines and partners
- Design and further development of logistics processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a Kaufmann/-frau (m/f/d) for freight forwarding and logistics services
- Positive demeanor and good rhetorical skills in English and German
- Excellent customer and service orientation
- Proficient in using standard MS Office applications
- Independent and self-responsible work style
- High level of self-motivation and teamwork ability
