About the Role

As a Working Student, you will support the exploration and implementation of AI-powered solutions within BCG. Your role will involve testing, optimizing, and integrating AI solutions across different tools and workflows. You’ll work closely with the GenAI Transformation Team, providing hands-on support for internal teams and contributing to the effective roll-out of new AI technologies. You will also support internal colleagues with technical questions regarding core AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

Co-facilitate local and remote training and upskilling on AI tools.
Provide technical assistance to BCG teams to build AI & automation solutions.
Support designing and optimizing workflows, including API integrations and prompt engineering.
Support preparation of team updates, data reporting and communication.
Experiment with and evaluate new AI tools, features, and functionalities.
Participate in pilot testing to prepare for new tool launches.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a related field.
Some experience with AI tools and workflows, ideally including API integrations and prompt engineering.
Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) (preferred but not required).
Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in AI-driven process automation.
Fluent in German and English.
