About the Role
We are seeking a Front-End Developer to drive business process reform and DX promotion in digital marketing. This role involves end-to-end value delivery, from understanding client operations to requirement definition, design, implementation, and operational improvement. While focusing on the front-end, you will also engage in full-stack development, including back-end and infrastructure. Collaborate with consultants, directors, and designers across Fukuoka and Tokyo offices on large-scale, complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop web applications using modern front-end technologies like React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Conduct requirement definition and basic design, including understanding business processes, identifying issues, proposing improvements, and defining screen/function requirements.
- Implement integrations with back-end systems (e.g., Java, Python, PHP) and databases, including API integrations.
- Design and improve quality aspects such as performance, accessibility, security, and testing.
- Propose and implement business process automation and efficiency improvements using tools like VBA, GAS, Power Platform, or RPA.
- Analyze business operations, define automation requirements, support operational adoption, and organize operations for potential handover.
- Collaborate with directors, designers, and consultants; provide estimates and effort calculations; and offer technical support during project progression.
- Participate in the planning and design phases of new services/features and provide technical direction as needed.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Minimum 1 year of back-end development experience (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, including framework usage) and experience working with databases.
- Experience in understanding client or internal business processes and articulating issues and requirements.
- A desire to expand career into full-stack development, including back-end and infrastructure.
- Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency.
