Responsibilities
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, business processes, and systems.
- Manage project delivery from inception to completion.
- Run workshops with key stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of talented consultants.
- Develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions.
- Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to business development efforts and networking activities.
- Contribute to the firm's growth initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, digital innovations, and best practices in the banking industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, or banking.
- Track record of successfully leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering tangible business results in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Experience with technology and transformation programs within financial services organizations is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds, and build positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to assist in a variety of projects and firm initiatives.
- Willingness to travel as required.
