About the Role
Encore AI is seeking its first Deployment Strategist in ANZ to bridge the gap between the capabilities of AI agents and client needs in production. This role involves client strategy, prompt/flow engineering, and delivery ownership, translating client operational realities into functional AI agents and feeding field learnings back into product development. The position is focused on clients in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployment from kickoff through go-live and steady-state.
- Design solutions by running discovery and design workshops with client stakeholders.
- Perform hands-on configuration within the Encore AI platform, including flow JSON, conversation/collect/end nodes, and prompt engineering.
- Communicate progress, risks, and roadmaps to executive-level client stakeholders across international accounts.
- Assist clients in navigating the change-management aspects of AI agent adoption.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the product/engineering teams, surfacing patterns and feedback.
- Manage and mitigate delivery risks proactively.
- Develop reusable implementation assets such as documentation, QA frameworks, and patterns.
Requirements
- 3-6 years in a client-facing, technical delivery role (implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, or technical customer success).
- Experience in AI/LLM, SaaS, or enterprise software companies.
- Experience as a delivery/deployment lead for AI or data products in enterprise environments.
- Experience as a solutions engineer or technical PM focused on client and business aspects.
- Experience as a strategy or process consultant focused on outcome ownership.
- Comfort with ambiguity and technical depth, including flow logic, JSON configs, and prompt structure.
- Familiarity with financial services workflows, regulations, or compliance is a strong plus.
- English fluency is required for international client interactions.
- Executive presence to engage comfortably with C-suite and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ownership, low ego, and high follow-through.
