About the Role
As a (Senior) Manager Strategy & Innovation (m/w/d), you will advise top management clients on the development and implementation of future-proof digital, IT, and AI strategies. You will combine strategic thinking with an eye for new technologies and drive ideas from the initial concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Development of integrated digital, IT, and AI strategies with a holistic steering approach
- Conducting maturity assessments to determine the current maturity level of strategy and organization and identifying concrete potential
- Development, evaluation, and implementation of digital use cases for new technology-supported business models
- Identification of relevant trends, evaluation of innovative ideas, and analysis of the potential of digital solutions
- Building and managing complex transformation programs to implement strategic goals
- Personal consulting and support of top management in strategy processes, management decisions, and the evaluation of market and technology trends
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies (Master/Diploma) with an economic, technical, or information technology focus
- Min. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT/strategy/management consulting or with an IT service provider
- Demonstrable experience in developing digital strategies, innovation concepts, or supporting transformation programs
- Confident and committed demeanor towards management boards and specialist departments
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills combined with the ability to think creatively outside the box
- Fluent German and English language skills
