About the Role
The Front Office Support team ensures accurate end-to-end oversight of Information Delivery to clients. This role involves maintaining the Investment Book of Records (IBOR) and ensuring client portfolios are correctly reflected across State Street platforms. You will act as a liaison between Portfolio Managers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with the Front Office and support Portfolio Managers on all queries
- Coordinate with internal and external parties (brokers, custodians, SSC teams)
- Oversee the timeliness, accuracy and functionality of underlying support teams, and work towards resolution from a subject matter expert point of view
- Review control reports (reconciliations, material breaks, etc.) to maintain portfolio health
- Complete the month-end cycle, including full portfolio reconciliations, performance calculations, and client reporting
- Managing relationships with all interested parties
- Coordinate, handle and resolve issues involving all operational and various IT areas (e.g. Asset servicing, Trade Operations, Client Reporting)
- Work independently to research and resolve problems considering multiple avenues for resolution
- Communicate effectively on issues / problems and ensure resolution
- Provide guidance, support, act as a resource and assist team members from multiple operational areas

Skills
- Strong understanding of financial services
- Strong understanding of financial products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel)
- Working knowledge of SQL
