About the Role
In the last 6 months we've seen significant growth and are now scaling fast. We're hiring Forward-Deployed Engineers in London to help build real-world applications for our customers utilizing HASH's technology. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their goals, translate complex business problems into robust technical solutions, and help them realize value quickly.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their workflows, data, and operational challenges
- Design and build AI-powered solutions using HASH, especially for enterprise use cases
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical plans and deployable systems
- Work across knowledge graphs, structured and unstructured data, LLM-based workflows, and automation
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, implementation, and rollout with customer stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer teams, from operators and technical teams through to executives
- Work closely with product, engineering, and research to shape the platform based on real customer needs
- Help define repeatable solution patterns, delivery playbooks, and best practices as we scale
Requirements
- Strong technical ability, with experience shipping software, or building AI systems in production
- Expert (Staff+) level knowledge of TypeScript
- Ability to work directly with customers and own complex problem-solving end to end
- Interface with external stakeholders and draw upon social intelligence, business context, and technical insight
- Demonstrate clear, structured communication
- Strong judgment, high agency, and a bias toward execution
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with a high degree of ambiguity
- Genuine interest in helping customers succeed, not just shipping technology
- Results-oriented and impact-motivated
