Responsibilities
- Equipment selection, costing, and Zoho quotation preparation.
- Prepare technical submittals and respond to consultant comments.
- Develop optimized and value-engineered selections using CCSI software.
- Follow up on quotations.
- Prepare order documents and share with sales coordinators.
- Create project files and hand them over to Sales Coordinators.
- Obtain specifications from contractors based on customer and equipment schedules.
- Select appropriate DX & CHW units and prepare Zoho quotes using price lists and cost sheets.
- Prepare and submit submittals based on contract specifications for approval.
- Attend technical meetings with consultants and contractors.
- Handle other territories as required by management.
- Perform heat load calculations and design when customer schedules are not provided.
Requirements
- Ability to select proper DX & CHW units.
- Proficiency in preparing Zoho quotes based on price lists & cost sheets.
- Skill in preparing submittals based on contract specifications.
- Experience in meeting consultants and contractors for technical meetings.
- Capability to handle other territories as per management requirements.
- Proficiency in heat load calculations & design.
- Experience with CCSI software for value engineering.
