About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing all contracted responsibilities for assigned clinical projects, acting as the primary contact between Novotech and the client. This role ensures clinical trials adhere to ICH GCP guidelines, local regulatory requirements, SOPs, and the Project Agreement, while overseeing project deliverables, team leadership, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of the project from site selection through to study close-out, including all deliverables within scope.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and develop risk management plans.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Contribute to departmental activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage full-service, multi-country, and complex projects with multiple vendors.
Requirements
- Sound understanding of the drug development and clinical trial process.
- Knowledge of the workings of a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
- Familiarity with ICH GCP and international/local regulatory requirements.
