About the Role
As a Management Trainee, you will have the freedom and support to develop your skills and actively shape your path to branch responsibility. You will learn on the job, take on responsibility from day one, and build your career step by step.
Responsibilities
- Take on responsibility for operational daily business early on
- Gain experience in customer service, sales, business management, and finance
- Develop your sales and negotiation skills
- Build real customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Develop your entrepreneurial thinking, from revenue to cost control
- Grow step by step into a leadership role
Requirements
- Completed degree
- Motivation to tackle things and take responsibility
- Experience in and enjoyment of customer contact, sales, and teamwork
- An unlimited work and residence permit for Germany
- Fluent German and good English skills
- German or EU driver's license and 1 year of driving experience
- Maximum 3 points in the traffic central register in Flensburg (proof required)
- No violation of road traffic regulations related to alcohol or drugs
- Applications from tourism, hospitality, or sales are welcome, regardless of whether they have a degree or completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
