About the Role

At Yoshi en & Edeneve, you will connect finance with our operational e-commerce business, creating the foundation for sound entrepreneurial decisions. You will develop relevant KPIs, manage liquidity and cash flow, and support management with analyses, forecasts, and new perspectives on our growth.

Responsibilities

Support management in strategic and financial decisions through sound ad-hoc analyses.
Conception, implementation, and continuous development of a meaningful KPI system.
Participation in the creation of internal monthly reporting for management and department heads.
Management of liquidity and cash flow planning, as well as creation of short- to medium-term forecasts, including currency effects (USD, JPY).
Proficiently monitor and optimize inventory levels and associated capital commitment in operational business.
Preparatory review and support for the introduction of new sales markets, product groups, and logistics routes, considering local tax and legal requirements.
Active shaping, optimization, and implementation of new internal processes and system functionalities.

Requirements

Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or a relevant commercial degree, plus at least 3-5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably in e-commerce.
Sound knowledge of common ERP software and expertise in merging complex data streams from e-commerce platforms, payment service providers, and internal systems.
Confident use of reporting tools for automated real-time KPI preparation.
Understanding of the specifics of online retail (e.g., payment providers, marketplaces, shipping cost structures).
Structured, proactive, and meticulous work style combined with an analytical mindset.
Strong enthusiasm for the automation and digitalization of modern financial processes.
Strong communication skills as a competent sparring partner for internal interfaces.
German language skills at C2 level, fluent English (C1).
Residency in Berlin or surrounding area.
