About the Role

As a central interface between the creator scene, agencies, and internal teams, you will be responsible for the entire process from discovery to reporting, ensuring high-frequency campaigns not only run but reach the right creators. You will find the right voices for pro-democracy topics and amplify them through social media.

Responsibilities

  • Systematic influencer discovery on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and ideally Facebook via tools and personal network.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with creators of all sizes, from nano to macro.
  • Maintaining a broad, up-to-date overview of the German creator landscape, going beyond the top 20 names.
  • Evaluating creator fit based on target audience, tonality, and thematic relevance to pro-democracy content.
  • Managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across all relevant social media channels.
  • Planning and operationally executing large-scale creator outreaches.
  • Creating campaign timelines, content approval processes, and campaign briefings.
  • Coordinating collaboration with influencers, creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Establishing quality assurance processes and ensuring campaign quality.
  • Monitoring campaign performance (KPI success control) and deriving optimization measures.
  • Creating final reports and presenting results clearly.
  • Analytically evaluating reach, engagement, and cost-efficiency per creator and channel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer discovery and/or influencer relations, with expertise in finding, evaluating, and retaining relevant creators, including in the nano segment.
  • In-depth, current knowledge of the German creator scene beyond the usual top names.
  • Experience in campaign management, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently without losing oversight.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and influencer platforms (e.g., Storyclash, Upfluence).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and paid social.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, structured approach, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluent German (C1/C2 or native speaker).
  • Genuine interest in Agentic AI and tool-based work, actively utilizing AI-powered workflows for efficiency in discovery, outreach, and reporting.
  • Experience in large-scale creator outreaches (high volume of parallel creator contacts) is ideal.
  • Experience on the client side (brand/agency) with direct creator booking is ideal.
  • Experience in political campaigning or NGO environments is ideal.
  • Practical experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily operations is ideal.
