About the Role
Drive Broadcom’s Infrastructure Software Group (ISG) portfolio across highest-value enterprise accounts in Japan and APAC. This role bridges executive strategy, technical execution, and financial engineering, connecting technology investments to board-level business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive advisory balancing strategy and technical expertise.
- Align business objectives with technology solutions to drive revenue growth, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Take end-to-end ownership to drive projects in ambiguous and high-stakes environments.
- Lead strategic client engagements in AI/Generative AI infrastructure, datacentre modernization, enterprise cloud security, or operational leadership.
- Author thought leadership and deliver high-impact presentations to influence the market.
- Construct business cases, including TCO, ROI, and budget models, to justify transformation programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years in technology strategy, architectural advisory, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into quantifiable ROI.
- Recognized standing in the tech industry with strong C-level advisor relationships.
- High resilience and agility, with experience executing modern change management.
- Boardroom-level Japanese fluency (Native/Fluent).
- Professional-level English proficiency.
- Flexibility to travel domestically within Japan and internationally if required.
