Responsibilities
- Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.
- Manages large projects or processes.
- Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.
- Determines and develops approach to solve functional area related issues.
- Seeks new ways to improve department and function within the company.
- Regular provides insight into complex issues and for complex department questions.
- Either sets or participates in department goal setting.
- Regular provides direction for junior staff members.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
- This position involves access to software/technology that is subject to U.S. export controls. Any job offer made will be contingent upon the applicant’s capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
Skills
- Subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function.
- Advanced technical knowledge and some knowledge in related disciplines.
