About the Role
We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to enhance our Finance team. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality monthly reports, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and providing financial insights for decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate reporting, effective planning, and transparent communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate FP&A activities during month-end closing and prepare accurate group-level reporting, including variance analyses.
- Maintain reporting structures across sites, cost centers, and projects for consistent data.
- Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, tracking performance against targets.
- Maintain rolling financial models and provide insights into drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Contribute to the long-term financial plan and perform financial modeling for key pipeline projects.
- Assist in preparing investor-related materials, including KPI reporting, project reports, and financial statements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial consulting, audit, or similar finance roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Good understanding of financial statements, cash flow mechanics, and forecasting principles.
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and reliably.
- Business fluent in English.
