About the Role

Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Collibra's Deasy Labs (AI unstructured data) and Customer Organization (Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Support) teams. Operate as an internal organizational consultant, identifying problems, analyzing data, forming perspectives, and driving solutions proactively in a high-growth, AI-forward environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders on workforce transformation as AI reshapes roles and team structures, including role redesign, change management, and leading human-AI teams.
  • Build relationships with leaders to proactively identify, design, and develop targeted People strategies that drive business outcomes, leveraging workforce analytics and AI-assisted insights.
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought leadership, and coaching at all organizational levels.
  • Embed People programs (Performance Management, L&D, Rewards, Employee Experience) into business strategies to support objectives.
  • Mitigate risk by aligning compliance practices with country-specific requirements and serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters in the US and other regions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner supporting a customer-facing or revenue organization (e.g., Customer Success, Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services).
  • Experience with a global organization, specifically the United States and EMEA.
  • Familiarity with how AI impacts workforce design, skills requirements, and manager-employee dynamics.
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action, from data to insight to recommendation to outcome.
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality/accuracy reviews.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges, drive outcomes, or streamline workflows.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
