About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and contribute to the development of Easygenerator's next generation of products. This role requires taking ownership of a product area, understanding customer needs, defining product strategy, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver impactful solutions. A strong understanding of AI and its application in product development is essential.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area, defining its direction, priorities, and success metrics.
- Translate company strategy into focused product goals.
- Conduct product discovery, understanding customers, competitors, and the market.
- Transform ambiguous problems into clear opportunities and solutions.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights for product decisions.
- Develop AI-powered product experiences that improve user workflows.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design on AI features, focusing on usability and trust.
- Address AI quality, evaluation, edge cases, and user trust.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering and Design from concept to delivery.
- Manage scope trade-offs to ensure high-quality product releases with measurable impact.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to gather customer needs and market signals.
- Communicate product direction clearly to stakeholders.
- Implement structure and clarity without excessive process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience owning a product area from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Proven track record of shipping products or features with measurable customer or business impact.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Analytics, and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and outcome-based product management.
- Experience with complex products involving multiple user types, workflows, permissions, or integrations.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your own work.
- Strong understanding of how AI can transform user workflows and product experiences.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI product ideas, considering quality, trust, usability, and adoption risks.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams on AI-powered features.
- Curious, experimental, and pragmatic approach to AI.
- Strong problem-framing skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and data utilization.
- Strong UX instincts, focusing on simplicity, usability, and product quality.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
