About the Role
The Core Technology Support & DevOps Team works across a modern technology stack that includes Python, Scala, Java, Angular, Kafka, and AWS platforms. This role provides day-to-day support for multiple systems across MLP, delivers hands-on operational support to improve software delivery and the end-user experience, and supports projects end to end across Middle Office and Operations systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for multiple systems across MLP
- Deliver hands-on operational support to improve software delivery and the end-user experience
- Support projects end to end across Middle Office and Operations systems
- Drive process improvements through automation and the use of AI tools
- Lead application onboarding initiatives across the team’s platform environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support role within financial services or investment management
- Strong interest in building a long-term career at a leading alternative investment firm
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent, organized approach to execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
