About the Role
As a Technical Employee, you will complement our team of photovoltaic experts and be the first point of contact for colleagues and customers regarding technical questions. This position is aimed at experienced professionals from the solar industry (e.g., technicians, installers, electricians, or fitters) who want to contribute their know-how more in the office as a technical expert for PV systems.
Responsibilities
- Active, expert, and solution-oriented consulting on our diverse product portfolio from Residential to Small Commercial
- Telephone support for customers during commissioning and service assignments
- Active knowledge transfer internally and externally
- Participation in trade fairs and events as a product expert
- Continuous co-design and further development of our product portfolio in close exchange with product management and sales
- Competent evaluation of technical complaints and error messages from customers
Requirements
- Completed training or studies in the electrical engineering field
- Sound expertise in the field of photovoltaics and solar
- Practical experience in planning, installation, and commissioning
- Good English skills are an advantage
