Responsibilities
- Active, expert, and solution-oriented consulting on our diverse product portfolio
- Consulting and planning of commercial storage systems
- Continuous co-design and further development of our product portfolio in close exchange with product management and sales
- Coordination with our suppliers in the commercial storage product segment
- Telephone support for our customers during commissioning and service calls
- Maintenance of active knowledge transfer internally and externally
- Participation in trade fairs and events as a product expert
- Competent evaluation of technical complaints and error messages from our customers
Requirements
- Completed training or studies in the electrical engineering field
- Sound expertise in the field of photovoltaics and solar
- Experience in the commercial storage segment
- Practical experience in planning, installation, and commissioning
- Good English skills
