About the Role
As a Camera & Post-Production employee, you will support our team in implementing projects professionally and easily, often combining production and editing. We are looking for individuals skilled with cameras and proficient in common PC editing software. You will work closely with clients, including companies, CEOs, influencers, and celebrities, creating engaging social media content.
Responsibilities
- Production - Camera and Sound
- Post-production / Editing and final implementation
- Film everything from mobile videos to studio productions
- Travel to and with our clients, potentially to locations like the USA or Ibiza
- Organize raw materials and final productions on our storage systems
- Plan content and develop ideas for formats and posts with the team
- Learn how to use format ideas, hooks, and storytelling to create high-performing content
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a media designer or similar; talented career changers are also welcome
- Confident handling of cameras and common PC editing software
- Professional interaction with well-known personalities
- High willingness to travel and focus on results
- Enjoy working in a team while taking independent responsibility
- Good communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
- Experience with Google Suite
- Basic motivation for independent learning and acquiring new skills
- Motion design knowledge is an advantage (After Effects)
- Initiative and motivation to learn new things independently are crucial
