About the Role

This role focuses on the end-to-end configuration and lifecycle management of Oracle Fusion modules, including system configuration, workflow design, integration support, and ensuring financial compliance. The specialist will also be responsible for operational support and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration of upstream intake workflows and downstream ERP modules (Oracle Fusion Procurement, Financials, General Ledger, Payables).
• Build and maintain cross-functional approval hierarchies, requisitioning rules, and supplier portal configurations.
• Support environment refreshes, instance cloning, and technical smoke testing during application update cycles.
• Manage technical mapping of data entities between front-end applications and core financial systems.
• Oversee the health of API-based cross-application integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Configure applications to enforce financial compliance standards and internal SOX controls.
• Act as a core escalation point for level 2/3 functional support and resolve complex configuration issues.

Requirements

• 5-15 years of hands-on experience configuring, supporting, or implementing module tracks within a Tier-1 ERP framework (e.g., Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS).
• Proven history of establishing technical configuration controls and managing system changes in a live production environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of core business lifecycles, such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Asset-to-Retire.
