About the Role
The Berlin Startup School is selecting founders and business leaders for its next AI Accelerator where Impact Founders learn to implement AI into their business. Over six months, participants will work on transforming their company with AI by identifying high-impact use cases, implementing AI agents and automations, and using AI to improve marketing, sales, and growth. This is a hands-on program focused on implementation within the participant's own business. Selected participants working on Impact Space projects receive a fully funded fellowship covering the participation fee.
Responsibilities
- Identify the highest-impact AI opportunities within your company
- Build and implement AI agents and automations
- Automate repetitive workflows and internal processes
- Apply AI to marketing, sales and go-to-market
- Develop practical AI capabilities within your organization
- Test new AI tools and workflows in real business situations
- Track measurable results such as time saved, processes automated and business impact
- Exchange experiences and solutions with other founders in the cohort
- Participate actively throughout the six-month program
- Join regular online Masterclasses and implementation sessions
- Implement AI solutions directly within your own company
- Share learnings and challenges with the cohort
- Measure the results of your implementations
