About the Role
Tip Top Bakeries is seeking energetic and reliable Production Operators for their Chullora facility. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food, who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and want to contribute to a company that provides daily baked goods to millions.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Record production data and report any issues
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Great communication & team player
- Physically fit (can lift up to 20kgs)
- Pre-employment screening may include medical (drug & alcohol testing) and criminal record check
