About the Role
Lead the operational, financial and clinical performance of a new 102-bed residential aged care home, fostering an engaged team and exceptional resident experience. Report to the Regional Operations Manager and be supported by a dedicated leadership team and corporate services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational, financial and clinical performance of the home.
- Inspire and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive occupancy, workforce planning, budgeting and operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional resident outcomes and outstanding customer experiences.
- Champion quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and the local community.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
- Extensive leadership experience within residential aged care or healthcare.
- Proven success leading operational performance, financial management and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.
- A track record of improving quality, culture and resident outcomes.
- Availability to participate in a regional after-hours on-call roster (one week in nine).
