About the Role

As a Strategy Manager within Quantium's Retail practice, you will shape and execute commercial and go-to-market initiatives. You will translate complex analytics capabilities into compelling value propositions and support senior leaders in identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with major retail clients globally.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Quantium's retail analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to business development activity across major retail accounts by qualifying opportunities and preparing materials.
  • Bridge the gap between Quantium's technical capabilities and client business challenges, crafting clear narratives on how data and AI drive tangible outcomes.
  • Gather and synthesize market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product direction and commercial positioning.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting senior leaders in client conversations and proposal preparation.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, strategy, or commercial roles within retail, data analytics, or related industries.
  • Understanding of how complex solutions are brought to market.
  • Ability to see the big picture and structure ambiguous problems.
  • Contribute meaningfully to go-to-market and commercial planning under senior direction.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for senior client stakeholders.
  • A natural collaborator who builds trust with both internal and external stakeholders, thrives in team environments, and supports senior leaders effectively.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, or marketing functions.
  • Commercial instincts to identify and articulate where data and AI create value.
