About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct soccer training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies
- Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their performance
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games
- Communicate with parents/guardians
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in soccer or working with children
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline during training sessions
- Patience and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages
- The employee is regularly required to use a computer for extended periods of time and be able to communicate using a computer and phone/smart device
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Specific vision abilities require by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
