About the Role
The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Cashier at our Dufferin location. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent guest experiences in a positive and fun work environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional service.
- Manage third-party delivery drivers and ensure order accuracy.
- Suggest menu items and guide guests through the ordering process.
- Take phone-in orders.
- Process payments (cash & card).
- Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to sanitation policies.
- Assist coworkers as needed.
Requirements
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Passionate about providing excellent guest experiences.
- Food Handler Certified or willing to certify.
- Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment.
- Possess a safe food handlers certificate.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
