About the Role

Lead a portfolio of Business & Industry (B&I) accounts and offsite catering operations, partnering with General Managers and site leaders to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences, foster strong client relationships, and drive operational excellence. Serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, shaping strategy, building high-performing teams, and ensuring financial and service goals are achieved. This role influences multiple concepts and environments while representing the Wolfgang Puck Catering brand.

Responsibilities

  • Guide, support, and empower General Managers and their teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging team culture focused on growth, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Support talent development through coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning.
  • Build multi-unit leadership capability across your region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and escalation point for client concerns or opportunities.
  • Represent Wolfgang Puck Catering as a brand ambassador within your territory.
  • Partner with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee all assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with operational standards and brand expectations.
  • Promote best practices across B&I and offsite catering environments.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and enhance service delivery, guest experience, and performance metrics.
  • Own the financial performance (P&L) for your region.
  • Partner with leadership to drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve profitability, and optimize cost management.
  • Balance short- and long-term priorities when making strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to regional strategy, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and retention teams to support presentations, negotiations, and account transitions.
  • Share insights, mitigate risks, and align on priorities with regional peers.
  • Help shape the culture of the region alongside senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience leading multi-unit operations in foodservice, hospitality, or catering environments.
  • Exposure to Business & Industry accounts and/or offsite catering operations is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success managing financial performance, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
  • Experience developing teams, coaching leaders, and building talent pipelines.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
  • Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment and making thoughtful, timely decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region.
