Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day cleaning and sanitizing of the production floor and offices as directed by the FSQ Supervisor or Manager.
• Complete all necessary paperwork related to cleaning and sanitizing duties.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by plant management.
• Work a varied schedule with overtime opportunities based on production needs.
• Follow all plant safety and GMP rules and regulations.
• Assist with food safety and quality issues or programs as needed.
• Assist management in production and related functions as needed.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and all procedures are followed.
• Responsible for food safety and quality, and reporting issues to personnel with authority.
• Lift materials up to 50lbs and stand for the majority of the shift.

Requirements

• Experience operating a pallet jack.
• Ability to read and understand customer specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word Processing, Spreadsheets).
