About the Role
Build customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions and assisting customers in finding desired products within a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs for compliance.
- Execute Elevated ABC Deliver to build customer relationships and create Custom Framing solutions.
- Achieve sales and production targets.
- Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and assigned areas.
- Provide friendly customer service and ensure the store is well-merchandised and stocked.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Interact positively and respectfully with others, promoting company vision and values.
- Participate in truck un-load and stocking processes.
- Operate cash register and execute cash handling according to standards.
- Acknowledge customers, assist with product location, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni channel processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames.
- Ability to access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job (U.S. applicants).
