About the Role
The Coordinator supports SMYTHE's product development process by handling tech packs, raw material tracking, and fitting preparation, ensuring styles move from concept to sample room accurately and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Edit and update tech packs for domestic and offshore development.
- Print, organize, and rename cutsheets to match line plan naming conventions.
- Prepare tech pack bundles for sample handoff.
- Sketch new styles and update existing styles.
- Prepare cutsheets ahead of fittings, incorporating pre-fitting comments.
- Cross-check white label information against the raw material air table.
- Conduct internal QC and final checks prior to fittings.
- Maintain and update the raw material tracker.
- Track and follow up on all raw material orders.
- Order raw materials for the sampling season.
- Track sampling leftover quantities.
- Follow up on technical data sheets from fabric mills.
- Coordinate dry clean testing.
- Coordinate shrinkage testing.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
