About the Role

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Recruitment to oversee the entire recruitment process for nurses and other skilled care professionals. This role involves creating and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with division administrators to assess staffing needs, and ensuring a steady supply of qualified skilled care providers to meet patient care demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead a team of clinical recruiters and support staff.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with sources of potential skilled care candidates.
• Oversee the interview and selection process.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Analyze recruitment data to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical division administrators to understand staffing needs.
• Coordinate the onboarding process with HR.
• Promote Always Compassionate Health as an attractive employer through marketing and branding.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain clinical staff.
• Manage the budget allocated for recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required (minimum)
• Experience in RN/LPN recruitment/staffing required
• Proven leadership skills, experience managing a team
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously
• Professional communication and organization skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Must reside in or near Melville/Long Island or be willing to commute daily
