About the Role

This role's primary responsibility is to identify qualified Home Health Aides and Patient Care Associates to fill current contracts and client needs throughout the assigned region. The position requires a combination of office time and local travel within the region for weekly in-person meetings and recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with Always Compassionate Health's goals and needs.
• Lead a team of recruiters and support staff responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with sources of potential skilled care candidates such as schools, job fairs, and online job boards.
• Oversee the interview and selection process to ensure Always Compassionate Health hires qualified candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment processes and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and healthcare industry standards.
• Analyze recruitment data to track key metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.
• Use data insights to make improvements in the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with division administrators to understand staffing needs and priorities, and with HR to coordinate the onboarding process.
• Promote Always Compassionate Health as an employer of choice through marketing and branding efforts.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain staff, such as offering professional development opportunities and creating a positive work environment.
• Manage the budget allocated for recruitment activities including advertising, recruitment events, and agency fees.

• Must reside in or near Melville, NY or be willing to commute daily
