About the Role

Bring your first experiences in graphic design to a fast-growing team and work on diverse formats from social media and CRM to packaging and displays. If you enjoy translating campaign concepts and key visuals into various formats, have a good eye for typography, layout, and color, and want to develop in a dynamic, hands-on team, this role is perfect for you. Support our design team in creating creatives across various channels and touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design team in developing creatives for digital channels, social media, CRM, e-commerce, retail, and print.
  • Adapt campaign concepts and key visuals into different formats and touchpoints.
  • Independently create and check production-ready print data for packaging and displays.
  • Create visually appealing and brand-consistent layouts, graphics, and product-focused assets.
  • Confidently decide how claims are placed on packaging, displays, and creatives to maximize impact.
  • Assist in preparing production-ready files for digital and print applications.
  • Help maintain and further develop design templates and brand guidelines.
  • Support daily design requests, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Research visual trends and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns and content.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in graphic or communication design.
  • Must have experience in creating and checking production-ready print data for packaging and displays independently and routinely.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a good eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of fundamental print and digital design requirements.
  • Ability to consistently apply an existing brand identity across various formats.
  • Professional proficiency in German and English.
  • High standard for quality and attention to detail.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and open to constructive feedback.
  • Reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple small tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for design, brands, and visual storytelling.
  • Ideally, initial professional experience through internships, freelance projects, or a junior role.
  • Ideally, basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion design tools.
  • Ideally, experience with Figma.
  • Ideally, experience in design for social media, CRM, or e-commerce.
  • Ideally, basic understanding of print production and packaging design.
  • Ideally, knowledge of AI-powered design tools.
  • Ideally, interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and contemporary visual culture.
  • Ideally, good understanding of current social media and design trends.
  • Ideally, confidence in contributing own ideas and asking questions.
