About the Role
Deliver program enablement initiatives and support the evolution and adoption of the RBA's Core Modernisation Transformation Program's operating rhythm, ways of working, and team experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an integrated workforce strategy that aligns resource capacity, capability and workforce planning with program delivery priorities, timelines and financial objectives.
- Optimise workforce utilisation and deployment through effective demand and capacity planning.
- Provide strategic workforce insights and governance that enable informed decision-making, proactive risk management and effective workforce investment across the program.
- Maintain workforce readiness and capability by identifying skills gaps, supporting capability planning and enabling effective redeployment and transition of resources throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure successful workforce transitions and program ramp-down, balancing delivery requirements, workforce impacts and organisational priorities to achieve sustainable program outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive strategic workforce planning and resource management experience gained within large scale programs or transformations.
- Demonstrable workforce capacity planning expertise across complex, multi-stream delivery environments.
- Workforce transition and change management, including contingent workforce management is essential.
- Executive stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management will be key in driving outcomes.
- Financial awareness and ability to balance workforce requirements with budget and delivery outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
