About the Role

This role involves contributing to merchants' sales by supporting them in solving challenges related to their EC business on Rakuten Ichiba. You will provide system consulting to merchant stores, helping them improve operations by linking with Rakuten. Responsibilities

Receive consultations from EC consultants regarding merchant stores.
Delve into merchant challenges and clarify operational and system issues through web conferences, phone calls, emails, and on-site visits.
Propose solutions by combining Rakuten features or partner products.
Support merchants or their development companies to ensure smooth development.
Communicate with various departments within Rakuten Ichiba, including business and development divisions.
Determine specifications for new features based on insights from merchant interactions.

Requirements

Communication ability to negotiate and form consensus with other departments and external parties.
Ability to analyze operations from a quantitative and qualitative perspective, discover and solve problems.
Willingness to challenge existing paradigms and try new things without fear of failure.
Experience overcoming difficult situations with own ideas and execution (business or private).
Knowledge of computer systems.
