About the Role
As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will empower, enchant, and focus on storytelling to lead your team towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guide best practice customer service, and encourage each team member's individual characteristics. You will be an exceptional communicator, knowledgeable on building a confident, collaborative team and driving positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique.
- Raising customer engagement & satisfaction.
- Empowering and encouraging of team members' needs and guiding their exploration positively.
- Leading, coaching, and providing feedback to the team.
Requirements
- At least 2-years’ experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing an electrifying customer experience.
- Self-motivated and passionate about team development and success.
- Ability to lead with empathy, compassion, and open-mindedness.
- Highly driven about store success and passionate about the Honey B brand.
- Resilient and able to manage expectations, with no aversion to conflict.
- Able to advise and direct communication with confidence.
- Must be 18 years old to apply.
- Willingness to work shifts in alignment with a retail environment.
