About the Role
Coordinates and performs activities for fire protection programs across multiple sites to ensure compliance with NFPA requirements and state/local codes. This involves inspection, service, and maintenance of various fire safety systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, service, and maintain fire protection systems and equipment.
- Manage sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and specialized suppression systems (kitchen, computer room).
- Oversee fire alarm monitoring and monthly elevator testing.
- Assist, coordinate, and direct vendors performing fire protection functions.
