About the Role
Capgemini is seeking IT/ERP business consultants to help clients in the manufacturing, automotive, energy, and life sciences industries with business process improvement (including DX) and IT consulting. This role involves supporting clients from strategy and concept development through system implementation and stabilization, offering end-to-end consulting services globally.
Responsibilities
- Support the realization and stabilization of improvement measures from the concept development and business requirements definition phase of IT (SAP) system implementation through system implementation, testing, and migration support.
- Design strategies to lead companies to victory by leveraging the power of the new digital economy.
- Support value creation and achievement of results for companies through knowledge and experience in advanced digital technologies, information, and business transformation, which are our company's advantages.
Requirements
- Experience as an IT business consultant.
- Experience in business improvement and IT system implementation consulting at a consulting firm or SIer.
- Experience with manufacturing clients.
- Business experience in the manufacturing, automotive, utility, or life sciences industries (especially in manufacturing processes, SCM, or production management).
- Experience in global business.
Skills
- SAP (ERP) implementation project experience, including business improvement (especially MM, PP, SD modules).
- High English proficiency.
- Experience in the utility industry (electricity).
