About the Role

Own the end-to-end learning experience for the inaugural cohort, designing a complete, teachable curriculum while leading live instruction. Success means students consistently ship real AI products, feel supported throughout, and leave as advocates for future cohorts.

Responsibilities

  • Own curriculum from modules to projects to rubrics
  • Lead in-person teaching and facilitation
  • Build scalable systems for support and iteration
  • Design end-to-end curriculum for an 2-week program
  • Deliver engaging, structured in-person sessions
  • Create hands-on exercises and real-world projects
  • Establish office hours and async support systems
  • Translate student feedback into rapid curriculum updates
  • Ensure students ship multiple deployed AI tools
  • Document curriculum for future instructors and scale

Requirements

  • Proven experience teaching or facilitating workshops
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong curriculum design and structuring skills
  • Clear, practical communication style
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
  • Curiosity about evolving AI tools and workflows
  • Background in enablement, onboarding, or customer success
  • Experience with cohort-based or in-person education
  • Built AI workflows using tools like Zapier, Notion AI, or LLMs
  • Self-taught experience with modern AI tooling

Salary/Compensations

  • Up to ~$12,000 USD/month
