About the Role

The Smilist is seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist for an established PPO and self-pay opportunity in White Plains. This role is for a clinician who combines strong clinical skills with an outstanding chairside presence and a passion for comprehensive, relationship-driven dentistry. The ideal candidate will maintain the practice's standard of excellence and help grow advanced restorative and cosmetic services, focusing on patient trust, communication, aesthetics, and long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Focus on advanced restorative and cosmetic services.
• Build patient trust through communication and exceptional chairside manner.
• Present comprehensive treatment plans.
• Engage in full-arch treatment planning and restoration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of Clinical Experience
• DDS or DMD from an accredited university
• Active NY license in good standing
• Active/in process DEA license
• Broad Scope General Dentistry with significant experience in elective cosmetic dentistry (veneers, clear aligners, smile design)
• Elite communication skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
• Comfort and fluency presenting comprehensive treatment plans
• Experience with or interest in full-arch treatment planning and restoration (e.g., All-on-4/All-on-X)
• Ethical, patient-centric provider
• Coachable and team-oriented
• Great work ethic with motivation for success
