About the Role
The Smilist is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Dental Patient Coordinator to join their growing practice and contribute to their mission of providing high-quality dental care in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer the office phone and distribute calls or messages accordingly
- Check-in patients, including verifying insurance and confirming patient information
- Collect payments
- Communicate patient arrivals promptly
- Manage administrative records
- Ensure office success by getting patients into the office
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist strongly preferred
- Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
